These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Furrybook, the platform where animal records follow the animal, not the provider. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using Furrybook you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you can enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these terms. If you use Furrybook on behalf of a clinic, shelter, business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly at info@furrybook.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that appears compromised.
You agree not to misuse Furrybook. In particular, you will not break the law, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, access records you are not authorized to see, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass, defraud or mistreat people or animals.
You keep ownership of the animal records, notes, images and other content you add. You grant Furrybook a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you and for the people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.
Furrybook lets you share records with providers and other people. Access is controlled by the roles and permissions you and your organization configure. You are responsible for who you invite and for reviewing access regularly. Organization administrators control the data of their organization.
Some features require a paid plan or add-on. Prices, limits and billing periods are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Furrybook, its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the service except as the law allows.
Furrybook is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical or behavioral advice and does not replace a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or local emergency services immediately.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free or that records will always be complete or accurate. Providers and users are responsible for the content they enter.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furrybook is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Furrybook and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, put others at risk or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Furrybook after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bologna, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
